Willingness to continually reevaluate product capabilities and build toward the future, rather than reacting to the past.

Navigating the platform was bit confusing at first but it was easy to catch up and get the hang of the dashboard.

The Reporting module could be more robust. The Claims modules is very functional, but not as robust as we would like (a new module is slated for release later this year, but the wait for improved functionality has taken longer than hoped). Lack of a workflow module with dashboard management capability.

Service has deteriorated and promise of developing a new LOB has taken way to long to become reality

    The team at BriteCore has consistently offered exceptional support over the 10 years we've been live on the platform. The product has grown with us over that time and continues to keep pace with (and in some cases lead) industry changes. We have been pleased with BriteCore's focus on partnering with its clients to work toward mutual success, as well as fostering a strong and interconnected client community. The entire BriteCore ecosystem is designed around community and mutual success.

    Good product and has good people. Has in past taken on more than staff can handle and service has suffered. Better or a refocusing on target market is needed to maintain what has been in the past good service.

    We have been using Britecore for 10 years. We have had exceptional support and the integration was really smooth. One of the best things about Britecore is their adaptive platform. They are constantly evolving to give the community things that will enhance their experience. I think their customer support is great.
