Guidewire has a superior product in the insurance market and the organization. Access to their senior leadership team and how that carries forward into the interactions they have with their customers truly sets them apart. Like any other company there are areas where they need to improve on, Guidewire takes client feedback and proactively works towards getting better and improving the interactions.

Overall the core systems perform as expected but the portal has been a big disappointment. Also, we leveraged several vendor resources that did not provide as value as anticipated.
