Customer feedback is taken into consideration for releases, and work has been done to make upgrades faster and easier. We are able to determine what resource mix is appropriate for our products, leveraging internal resources, Guidewire resources, and InsuranceNow partners where and when appropriate.

Data integration with existing lakes/warehouses could use streamlining. We are able to access all of our data, which is very important to us and beyond what many other vendors offer, but the integration process could be improved or streamlined.
Doesn't handle large schedules. Change orders are expensive.
Implementation lags/Project management could be stronger/communication beyond project staff
