CLEO is very responsive to queries if we have any questions. The product is very well laid out for ease of development of projects.
The transaction schedule could be a bit more user friendly to read
The myriad functional deficiencies, the poor logging interface, insufficient API documentation, and the unstable web console.
The price is not cheap for CLEO or the various add-ons you can get so it may be limiting for smaller companies, but overall it has been a very good ROI for us. If you want few problems then it is the one to choose.

We have spent so much time with support issues that take a long time to resolve. Often, we are given workarounds for deficiencies in the product's capabilities, but it turns out that the workarounds create more problems that necessitate more work arounds and the cycle continues ad inifinitum.
