The interface is pretty easy to 'use' but...
Cloudflared tunneling, zero trust, DNS proxy. The reverse proxy is one of the most needed features of cloudflare. This made our environment secure without exposing internal services over a public IP.

It is waaaay to complicated to use on an informed basis unless you are a networking/security IT professional. That is typical of the IT profession.
Services are a bit overpriced for small and medium businesses and also there is no wide range of options to choose from in terms of pricing. The Zerotrust platform looks to be separate and still evolving. There are issues with OTP via email on cloudflared zero trust, sometimes needs to wait for long period.

This tool works perfectly for me most of the time. I had some issues with the fact that the tunnel could die randomly, so I put in place a background task to check if the tunnel is still alive and reboot it otherwise. As a vendor specifically as opposed to its product, I find its tone of sales comms not welcoming; I have also had a very poor phone interaction with a support person who - while correct about my Plan support not covering the scenario - she was extremely awkward about helping me understanding/getting to understand that. Easter European on a Sunday if that helps for the call centre concerned.
