Simple architecture, unified management, and implementation is user friendly. Highly recommended for multi-location, especially global implementations and roaming users.
Initial migration/integration complexity - getting deeply entrenched legacy systems and on-prem apps to play nicely with this was a bit of a lift. There is also a steep learning curve for the advanced features.
It is waaaay to complicated to use on an informed basis unless you are a networking/security IT professional. That is typical of the IT profession.
Complex configurations, platform should be improved in UI.
