Cloudflare Workers has been a powerful addition to our stack, especially for edge computing use cases where low-latency responses are critical. Weve used it to offload API token validation, header manipulation, and serve dynamic configuration at the edge, which has significantly reduced round-trip times for our global users. The developer experience is generally smooth, and the integration with the broader Cloudflare ecosystem (KV, Durable Objects, etc.) gives us flexibility. However, its not without caveats. debugging can be a challenge compared to traditional server-side environments, and the vendor lock-in is real if you start leaning heavily on their proprietary storage layers.
