The Challenges of Product Support and Software Performance Issues
Unsatisfactory software performance and product support. The software had bugs that the vendor admitted to, which caused issues with our data. We could not restore much needed data at the time of need and whatever data was on the system was also corrupt. It took over 8 months of effort to work around the issues. Several hundreds of hours were spent on troubleshooting
