-The PowerScale has regular code updates and is very stable. -Hardware refresh for a PowerScale is straightforward and doesn't require a manual file system migration saving us a large amount of time and money. -Account support is top notch and readily accessible.

Slow performance for us (HPC)
This is nit picking, but the rack/cabinet is part of the FoD contract and has to be returned when the hardware is refreshed so we have to be careful what additional equipment is racked and also have to plan for floor space to accommodate a nearby rack when performing a hardware refresh. Otherwise, I have no other compaints!
