There isn't as much clarity and transparency about staffing as would be hoped for. Documentation isn't always taken as a necessity as it should be. There is occasionally passivity in teams when pushed to make a commitment on the spot that should be pushed back on.

Archaic engineering practices, reliance on the client totally for business requirements. Wasteful utilization of resources. Eliminate internal politics and complications around billing. Need clearer visibility on how the billing is utilized. Adaption to newer tech should be faster and decided at the right time.
