Overall project team was responsive and met the majority of the project deliverables.
Most resources were strong and experienced and were able to develop a solution to meet our requirements.
Although they did not have all of the right team in place in the beginning which caused rework. Once they got right resources on the project they met most of the project timeline. There was resource turnover for the critical roles during the course of this project which delayed some of the deliverables.
They reacted well to the escalations and responded appropriately.
