With Commerce Foundry, our team is able to work together with partners on orders, invoices and inventory information in real time. This has resulted in an increase in confidence and a decrease in the number of errors that are as a result of misunderstandings.

Foundry is easy to use and navigate

High availability architecture, robust EDI module which processes fairly seamlessly and their integration as an ISV to D365.

Commerce Foundry is not as flexible as I want it to be to create the reports I need for detailed analysis. Exporting raw data for further analysis is also not convenient.

True Commerce team has very little to no support to our ERP (SAP B1) and that made it very hard to get resources from TC to work on the project. Leadership TC promised 3 months implementation, it lasted a year and only 10 customers were live

Difficult to configure trading partner by trading partner. More a one size fits all solution which works OK. Speed of adding new partners is slower than desired.

We use TrueCommerce for all of our EDI processing in both X12 and a additional protocol for the industry called EASI. Overall TC has done a good job with our EDI processing.

True Commerce has always been helpful in making decisions with cost of services, making sure we have the most up to date transactions for each Trading Partner and troubleshooting any issues we may encounter. They helped with each step in integration of TM and our ERP system. This has saved time for order entry and increased our visibility of products to manufacture and shipping. We continue to grow with the help and services that True Commerce provides.
