What I like most about Commerce Suite is that it brings catalogues, orders and messaging into one centralised place, which reduces switching time between tools. It also connects smoothly with shops, ads, and social channels which makes campaign execution more efficient. For clients with multiple markets, it has structured management that can automate workflows fairly well.

Develpment Teams can be difficult to access unless based within the same location.
What I disliked most about the tool is that the navigation isn't always intuitive, and can be confusing to use at times, especially if you aren't a daily user. The platform is also limited in terms of customisation, so for brands it does not allow full control in this sense. I've experienced errors and issues with syncing as well, where it's not always transparent what happens in order to prevent or fix the issue.
Pricing is on a higher side with subscription based model also.
