Feature set and reach.
Support for all the major cloud . easy to integrate. Support for SD-WAN , MFA using multiple options. Configuration very useful using Cloud Routers.
It would be nice to see better ways to modify existing products through the portal rather than having to contacting support to have some changes done manually.
No ability to scale in contract services, all services billed separately.
There is nothing to dislike.
