It just block all the Social Networking Sites which is good for our Organization
Web interface, while intuitive, has an outdated feel and can be convoluted at times. We've had a few bugs here and there with some false positives associated with their App Defender feature. We've also had a few times where filtering policies wouldn't apply and we had to reboot our appliance. All minor things overall.
I wish the SSL Decryption was by group rather than VLAN. Some of the sites aren't categorized as you would like them. I think that's with every content filter. Took a little while to get everything implemented, but I think that was because of how thorough their team is!
