CoreTRM is an effective application used to operate our energy trading and risk management affairs. It made work easier in terms of coordination and made data instructions outsource but report customizations constraints played a role in hindering details analysis.

With CoreTRM I have the functionality that enables me to undertake all of our energy trading operations. It has however acted as a central platform for the trading desks and risk management groups enhancing efficiency.

Comprehensive reporting provided by Core is very user friendly and helped us to take business decisions quickly

User Friendly Interface with good Intuitive controls. API exposed is a good thing to work with other enterprise applications. Audit trial provided helps . Exponential view is provided.

It is somewhat inconvenient to look at the information I need for detailed analysis at the micro-level. The pre-built reports are usually not as customized as I would like to get constraining my analysis of the trading performance of our firm.

Ability to integrate with 3rd party solutions like GRC has been good but user interface for these can be improved. Would have liked to use mobile app for dashboards too.

No Dislike as such but a mobile application would help and API calls
