RiskTracker helped me gather and track actual time energy market data. It helps me get a clear picture of our risk to price volatility, which helps me in designing our trading strategies.

The risk management system of RiskTracker helps the smooth functioning of the whole lifecycle of financial and physical trade system. Through this system we are able to track all the risk metrics and make informed decisions for getting good valuation of the commodities we use. We have significantly reduced a lot of energy consumption related risk situations with its informed metrics.

It is quite challenging for me to disaggregate risk by counterparty or by contract type. This limited information makes it difficult to dissect the data and come up with measures to take in order to further minimize the risks.

During the energy price volatility and higher commodities we had very less time to make the decision to incorporate this technology solution, we would have expected a smoother onboarding experience but that is expected with such critical software . We also had experienced some delay in support responses but it was corrected in later stages of usage.
