DCIM is a specialty product, and it needs to be flexible to the company that uses it, easy to use and able to handle large amounts of data. I have tried other vendor products and Cormant is the only one that will hold up to the demands of a true DCIM. Add to this their incredible customer service and support services and you will have met all of your company's needs and then some. It will give you everything you ask for the software to do.

Having utilized this tool for several years, it has become evident that any limitations are user related rather than the software. No dislikes to mention.
There is nothing I dislike about this product or service from the vendor.
It can be a bit of a learning curve, but once the concepts are understood, things are pretty simple. There are really no dislikes.

How Cormant Stands as a Benchmark for other DCIM Providers
From start to finish the vendor has been exceptional in everything, initial presentation of the product, product features and navigation. Explained the model and pricing structure up front. Is exceptional in support all the time, very responsive and always follows through. I have worked with many vendors and Cormant, surpasses all of them in vendor support and customer satisfaction. Implementation of the product was seamless and with Cormant customer support we were live within one day. However, we are now in the development stage, and support was right there guiding us through the initial set up from the data provided to them. Cormant provided initial training and documentation to help with the development. Pros: Seamless set up, user friendly interface, very intuitive design to quickly develop data structure, easy report generation, fully customizable including addition of templates, attributes and icon groups to make design of your DCIM to have the look and feel of the physical data center. Dashboards are quick and straight forward to be set up and used for any progress reporting. There are many other features that make Cormant DCIM top on the list. Pricing levels include the entire product and no need to buy separate modules to achieve your DCIM goals. The Cormant-CS product is very well supported both local and global. Our instance of the software is the first time anything like this has been deployed global to this degree and with such diverse infrastructure requirements- many data centers, buildings, external pit and conduit, accounting for various classifications, various levels of access dependant on role and requirements. I believe the product is top shelf and foolishly, 99% of the business that would benefit from this don't realise the positive impacts it could have to their infrastructure management. Our scale has been a challenge. Cormant has delivered.
Application has been received well by both our user base, and most importantly our customer. The desire to expand the scope of our initial deployment is a testament to the high level of satisfaction in the service supplied. Our development has been restricted by our inability to keep with the current application version, an issue with root cause laying in our program rather than any issues of the product or service rendered by Cormant. With an upgrade now pending in the pipeline, we're excited for the future.
