Comprehensive asset discovery and continuous scanning features, ease of use and navigation through the control panel as well as the automation and integration to increase the automation of threat detection and reduction of attack surface.

I like the visibility it gives into assets we didn't even know were out there. It continuously scans and shows us exposed systems before they become a bigger risk. The automated discovery and mapping save a ton of manual work, and the way it prioritizes issues makes it easier to focus on the most critical things first.
Complexity for the initial set up and configuration was more cumbersome and required more manual tuning/configuration than expected. The overall assumption was that the tooling would be mostly working OOTB. Also, the integration options were good but fairly finnicky, e.g. integration with other PA products.
Data overload, Reporting limitations, complex interface
Sometimes the amount of data it pulls in can feel overwhelming, especially at the start when you're seeing everything for the first time. It takes a bit of effort to tune and filter out what's most relevant. Also, the reporting could be a little more flexible for different audiences, like executives v/s technical teams.
