    The orchestration product purchased was under the prior ownership of Kitewheel. While the transition of this orchestration product to CSG has gone smoothly and our account team has been supportive, the focus of CSG for the Xponent product has leaned heavily upon the Customer Care function, which is not our area of focus. This has caused some disconnect when looking at product enhancements and strategic expansion.
