Overall, I had a really great experience with Custom Ink. The quality came out better than expected, and the design and ordering process was super easy to use. Everything felt smooth and straightforward with no friction. I didn't need to use customer service, which says a lot about how seamless the process was. Delivery hit the timeline they gave us, and the pricing felt fair for the quality we received. I'd definitely use them again for future projects, while still keeping an eye on other competitors in the space.

The pricing was good, but the quality of the prints on our clothing was not impressive and in some cases not fully aligned. User experience was good overall, but I would say overall it is nothing special.
