Easy install, easy to config, minimal interaction needed and fast response from support
Finally a product which does the job. Easy install! Within a week, with consultancy, it was working. We do a biweekly refresh of our QAS system and every 12 weeks a refresh of a DEV client. The post refresh takes about 15 minutes. You can setup an extra mandant in less than a half an hour. How long the refresh takes is off-course based on equipment and db -size.
