1. The CPRA Do Not Sell My Information process is not as thorough as I would like it to be. 2. Sometimes there are glitches with DSAR requests (few and far between) but they delay the process of completing within the required timeframes of the applicable law(s), though their support team is able to help resolve these issues fairly quickly. 3. Integrations into various platforms and tools can be challenging and take more time that should be required.
