My experience with Tealium iQ has been positive. This has reduced our reliance on dev resources for tag changes, which means analytics requests get turned around in hours rather than sprints. The GitHub integration is a real advantage. Sync-code based JS extensions with version control brings proper code review, history anf collaboration in the workflow.

Speed of innovation and product development is low. It's expensive with low flexibility in how it is costed (just by events). Analytics within the platform are poor. Have to pay for a lot of the new features that are added in. Service is great - including Account Mgt and reaction time to service requests

Publishing environments: The separate Dev, QA and Production environments make it easy to move seamlessly from development and testing through to release.

I like ease of data unification. It enhances personalization - we can benefit from data by personalizing marketing campaigns. Offers great data privacy features. With data intelligence, we make better decisions.

Dislike

1. Steep learning curve for new users. While the platform is powerful, getting new team members up to speed takes time. 2. Limited in platform debugging tools. When multiple extensions interact, tracing the exact order of executive and pinpointing where something goes wrong isn't always straightforward. 3. Dated user interface. The UI is functional but feels behind modern SaaS standards. Also, it's slow when there are many tags.

Slow to innovate. Product and UI feels old. Audience building is still basic. Doesn't support nested data structures
