Speed of innovation and product development is low. It's expensive with low flexibility in how it is costed (just by events). Analytics within the platform are poor. Have to pay for a lot of the new features that are added in. Service is great - including Account Mgt and reaction time to service requests

That it is vendor neutral and its ability to collect data real time cross channel . Suitable for a complex enterprise environment given its integration abilities and overall enterprise readiness (large volumes, multiple sources, real time activation)

The connector marketplace - ability to send data to many downstream partners in realtime

as stated above, i really like the usability of the product. we also set things up both client side and server side and both are easy to use and navigate through. it does a good job at storing and collecting data.

Like other complex solutions , also here the downside of its strong abilities is a steep learning curve / implementation complexity. Teams need quite some strong technical expertise . Also the interface isn't the most intuitive/ modern looking

Slow to innovate. Product and UI feels old. Audience building is still basic. Doesn't support nested data structures

there are some partners that dont have event connector or audience connector integrations so webhooks are required. that make it harder to independently manage, so it would be great if the direct partner integrations continued to expand
