It's very easy to manage and deploy tags across multiple sites without needing heavy dep support. You can customize triggers and conditions for almost anything. I also like the built-in publishing flow, which makes QA and publishing changes to different environments very smooth.

Okay tool to use instead of or along with GTM. Easy to deploy and manage for smaller projects. Good customer support and responsiveness. Great account management and account support from our rep.

I appreciate how Adobe has made tag management and rule creation easier to implement and manage tech across multiple websites. The integration with other tools is seamless, which helps streamline workflows and ensures data consistency

Dislike

The interface can be a bit slow and clunky at times, especially when dealing with multiple properties or extensions. Learning curve can be steeper, so a non technical user can struggle a bit initially. Also, versioning and rollback options feel a bit limited, and sometimes publishing takes a bit longer than expected.

Cost can be a really big factor, especially when trying to scale your usage of this product. There are a lot of difficulties learning how to connect but also manage integrations or connections to other services and SW. Customizing the software and other aspects can also be a challenge as well. Some features and options compared to other leaders in the market can be frustrating to use or are missing all together.

Biggest Challenge is the learning curve, especially for users who are new to the Adobe ecosystem. Some parts of the interface can feel unintuitive, and setting up more complex rules or data elements can require additional guidance or trail and error.

    We use the Adobe Experience Platform Launch every day across design, motion, and content production. It has become essential to how we operate as a creative and media agency. The tools are powerful and well connected which makes collaboration across teams smooth. The only issue we experience is the level of CPU load during heavier projects. It can slow down machines and lead to the occasional crash.
