From the start of the initial engagement through to product implementation it was one of the best experiences that I have had with a technology provider. We were able to clearly articulate our requirements at the very start, which enabled Gigamon to respond with a design and a detailed explanation on what Gigamon components were needed in order to meet the requirements set out. Gigamon was able to very quickly and accurately explain the technology, how it worked and what additional features we should consider for the systems we would feed the data to, such features as data de-duplication. We knew that the Asset Visibility Systems that we were deploying required network data from a Network Tap, specifically using best practice as in-line taps. Gigamon technology allowed us to enrich the Asset Visibility, Vulnerability Management and IDS System with real time data. Gigamon provides a step by step process for deployment and provides the configurations required with full explanations on what the configurations are built to do. We felt very supported throughout the whole process by the pre-sales and technical implementation teams.
