Overall we happy with our vBlocks (isolated SAN solution), which contain VMAX storage arrays, Cisco switches, and servers. This is a nice way to have a pre-packed infrastructure solution, that can be deployed fairly easily.

The service delivered was great and assistance with the integration on the existing systems was well done. However, quite a bit of administration was kept to the vendor, which required frequent requests and delays to implement changes on the systems

In 2014, we had a hodgepodge of servers, storage and sans and needed a better solution. We replaced all of the server and storage infrastructure with a VBlock in 2016. This streamlined our support and brought stability to our environment.
