We did not have an engaged Dell sales / account rep. They provided little to no value. The Our Partner worked well with us on pre-sales, sales, ordering, building, deployment, and support. The hardware itself is a good mid-sized solution. Great small footprint; great price. But don't push it too hard -- unless you've engineered it well.

The VRTX system has been very useful in some of our remote locations. Servers and storage in one without having to worry about different support models. Works great with Microsoft Hyper-V as well as VMWare hypervisors. We can run a few necessary servers on these systems, like Domain controllers, local DFS file servers as well as some necessary diagnostic servers. Overall great performance for what we need, never had an issue.

Dell Vertex Hardware has enabled us to deploy Server infrastructure faster, secure and efficiently. The configuration, Hardware layout and IDRAC accessibility is simple for a beginner like me. Plus , It comes with Vmware EXSI installed on it which is an added advantage for deploying virtual environment.
