The web timer function is great as many of our projects are very time dependent and this allows us to accurately track that as a metric. We are able to use the dashboard to quickly review timesheets and customize the things we see in the reports which speed sup our management process immensely.
Ease of use. Screens are simple and intuitive.
It was very easy to set up and use and the best part is the automatic time tracking so we don't have to manually input it
We have not found a downside to DeskTime, but we are still early in the deployment.
The installation. We deployed mostly in invisible mode and had to be done person by person logged in as the person. We could not find a way to deploy remotely with our RMM tool.
This app has limited customizations and and fewer advanced features than others
