DeskTime Likes & Dislikes

The web timer function is great as many of our projects are very time dependent and this allows us to accurately track that as a metric. We are able to use the dashboard to quickly review timesheets and customize the things we see in the reports which speed sup our management process immensely.

Its simplicity and effectivity.

Ease of use. Screens are simple and intuitive.

We have not found a downside to DeskTime, but we are still early in the deployment.

The core functionality of the product works perfectly well, but some additional features, such as customization, configuration, project management and API are somewhat limited in functionality.

The installation. We deployed mostly in invisible mode and had to be done person by person logged in as the person. We could not find a way to deploy remotely with our RMM tool.
