Two things should be highlighted about DHL: first, Customer Services is a good experience always, considering this area of services we know that problems and delays can happen. However, the agility and attention that DHL applies in each critical situation is outstanding. We have information and support in real time. Another topic I have to mention is the investment in Technology and Innovation: DHL is able to provide a first-class service because they have the best tools and processes.
My business requires worldwide shipping services so DHL's logistics network serves my needs perfectly. The tracking system from DHL provides me with precise updates on my outgoing shipments.
Apart from their service, their online portal is excellent too - I can manage account access ( which vendor can use my account), domain block or domain whitelist, create waybill , get quotes etc.
No relevant issues to be mentioned as negative.
Deliveries often arrive late, triggering customer problems and making it hard for me to deliver on time, which hurts my reputation. Marketers need better information about when shipments will be late.
For smaller shipments, smaller than 50 kilos, they tend to be very expensive. Also they have no drop ship ( pick up from USA for example and take to Bahrain) in middle east so you have to first import into UAE and then ship again.
