We have a Global contract with DHL supporting many activities in our organization: Warehousing (Hub Management), DOP, Last Mile, Air, Sea and Road Cargo. It is a long-term partnership, and I have many positive aspects to highlight in DHL Services: first, the customer services are outstanding and the investment in technology and innovation is absolutely a priority in DHL. We really appreciate the relationship and the high level of service excellence in selecting DHL as our supplier!

DHL handles many locations and tracks shipments fairly well, but users report too many late deliveries and DHL does not share reliable updates about these problems. Having precise delivery timelines remains essential for our business operation so DHL becomes a sub-optimal pick.
