Ability to scale and implement the standard process and practices across all their warehouse (Lift and shift) . Like the integration from Business development, operations and customer experience leadership and their ability to take the GE process & practices from one country to another country in no time. I love the customer experience, account management relationship with GE stakeholders. Helped resolved a lot via open transparent dialogue. I Cherish relationship with Account Mgmt team on how they work across country leadership to help find common ground to resolve things.

Agility to include GE Healthcare system needs into their way of working ...in their ecosystem. DHL Whses/Last mile system setup at times varies from country to country. e.g our intent to integrate track and trace across all ASIA with DHL system is been a challenge for a while. I wouldn't say I dislike but yes there is a room for improvement in the way we manage execution expectation/complexity during the start of the transition. Focus on managing new stakeholders and their expectation over your dashboard and fancy trackers. Understand the regional stakeholders pain points over showing the dashboard green. Transition comes with pressure and first thing is to make good relations over forcing trackers and dashboards.
