Ability to scale and implement the standard process and practices across all their warehouse (Lift and shift) . Like the integration from Business development, operations and customer experience leadership and their ability to take the GE process & practices from one country to another country in no time. I love the customer experience, account management relationship with GE stakeholders. Helped resolved a lot via open transparent dialogue. I Cherish relationship with Account Mgmt team on how they work across country leadership to help find common ground to resolve things.

Agility to include GE Healthcare system needs into their way of working ...in their ecosystem. DHL Whses/Last mile system setup at times varies from country to country. e.g our intent to integrate track and trace across all ASIA with DHL system is been a challenge for a while. I wouldn't say I dislike but yes there is a room for improvement in the way we manage execution expectation/complexity during the start of the transition. Focus on managing new stakeholders and their expectation over your dashboard and fancy trackers. Understand the regional stakeholders pain points over showing the dashboard green. Transition comes with pressure and first thing is to make good relations over forcing trackers and dashboards.

DHL Team is been very flexible in understanding the needs of warehousing specifically needs of handling and storage of our product lines on whse side. In last mile transportation its been mix experience. My overall experience is mostly in ASIA and it started with warehousing and last mile transportation. My overall experience reflects the journey of 7 odd years working and growing warehousing in ASIA with DHL. I like the way the leadership comes together to offer solution just not from cost/profitability perspective but also gives time and visibility on how will they implement things on the ground. I appreciate the way leadership in Singapore took time and spent energy to offer a solution to storage magnets which is one of the unique storage requirement for that geography. Wilman, Daryl and Chin Seng are key integrators to customize solution for us in ASIA and helped bridge the gap with regional stakeholder expectations and reality on the ground. GE Healthcare equipment side of business (ISC) is a complex operations (qtrly driven business) and I have acknowledged multiple times hence I have requested for patience, more attention to drive improvement. ISC side of business comes with lot of work and complexity that's where I need more commitment/attention from DHL leadership if we have to grow further in ASIA and Africa. I have not seen enough efforts in terms of DHL investment to acquire our business. Eg - Japan Whse bid, China bid,AUS last mile operations bid. India last mile operations is been very limited engagement, we want to offer more volume but huge misalignment on KPIs and their ability to ship in remote parts of India. Switching 3PL comes with a cost & now that we have started partnership, I would like to see how can DHL take a lead investing for us.
