Vendor has good API support to help with automated provisioning of a variety of certificate types. They can provide decent reporting around the certificates issued. Certificates are provisioned automatically and sent in almost real-time (minutes). Cons include long hold times for customer support, lengthy quote and procurement process to purchase "Credits", and high cost of certificates which can be procured much cheaper at competing vendors or free sites like let's encrypt.
