I like how quick you can easily go through the tabs and have many profiles up. I enjoy how you can also add notes on the account
The ability to have most functions within a single platform that a FI would use on a day to day basis.
Implementation and integration was smooth without any major issue. Attractive UI and easy to navigate. Product performance is much better than legacy applications and easily handles huge volumes of transactions.
The main problem I have with DNA is the service bar at the top left side and how you have relationships transactions and services. DNA some of the features we don't even use like example on relationship tab than click on collateral and than we have a button for property tax like everything on that dropdown for collateral has never been used. Learning DNA had its own challenges but it works but good lord it can be confusing sometimes but after a while you get use to it and you start to learn the system.
The delay between finding an issue and implementation of a fix. Issues that are defects that are pitched as in need of a custom enhancement.
The Contracting and negotiation process was slow. Customer support's response time is not consistent until you explicitly do service agreement and bind them with SLA.
