There is lots of attention to detail when it comes to this team, from the initial connection to scoping calls to conversations around acquision. Just to show an example, during our scoping call, we mentioned that it was hard to gauge time and within 24hrs, they had added something onto the platform that would allow us to clearly see timelines.

Many tools in industry are claiming to be using AI but I believe Doppel's tooling was providing that level of proactive analysis way before it became mainstream. Their tool has a profound ability to detect and action on domains even without our engagement. One of my favorite things is their use of a threat graph which provides link analysis of the malicious IOCs that could be attributed to the phishing we're seeing.

Proactive Threat mitigation, the actionable automation with automated takedowns and the robust reporting and analytics.

Highly accurate in detection, without any ridiculous false positives serving nothing but fattening the list. Takedown reactions are extremely fast, and feedback on outcomes is transparent and honest. Support is stellar, and they comprehend distinctions between abuse, impersonation, and potential threat or risks, indicating genuine experience and knowledge, not just scripted work.

The price is a bit steep, though we got a good deal Their communication can get a bit overwhelming

Maybe could be the complexity of advance features requirements, the cost and pricing structure and potential false positives that you must be aware and avoid some automatization.

As stated, no special glitches. Some filters in the dashboard could be somewhat better, a bit more customizable, additional alterting options for urgent impersonation campaigns would be useful. Reporting could also benefit from some customization options. But overall, none of these is a deal breaker.
