Working with Red Points has been a very positive experience overall. While the product was somewhat challenging to get started with, the Red Points team listened carefully to our feedback and has continued to make consistent improvements. Their ability to identify and shut down false sites has been highly effective, and the reporting they provide is detailed and informative. We did need to put some internal reporting mechanisms in place so we could share findings with our team without overwhelming them, but this has been a minor issue compared with the overall benefits. Their accuracy and speed in locating sites using our products illegally and copyrighted material have been especially valuable allowing us to act quickly, protect our brand, and reduce the risk of negative customer experiences. Our Customer Success Manager has been fantastic and responsive during this journey.
