While the scope of the data is limited to the Environment rather than having full access for custom searches, the takedown process is more detailed and more streamlined than any other product on the market in my opinion.

I like the way it tailors to the needs of your environment, does continuous monitoring on your data, and alerts you with something actionable when something comes up on the dark web forums. The brand infringement takedown process is also very streamlined and thorough - a lot better than many others. Thye also provide 24x7 chat support to consult before placing domain takedown requests.

The thing that bothers me is that it doesn't have the custom searches and lists. It revolves around the data it fetches from your environment rather than giving you the freedom to add custom lists for proctive searches.

False Positive in Certain Categories, Limited Customization in Reporting and Occasional Delays in Data Search, Refresh.

The takedowns request are effective but can take longer than expected, the repetitive amount of alerts and detections, the data sources require aditional configuration.
