Company with well trained professionals who provide great support. DSV's self service works very well, once, the information is constantly updating facilitating process management, especially when working with international logistics and the flow of information is the key piece.

The sustainability offerings are still not enough. We would want more innovation there. There are many value added services that they miss providing when competing against local vendors in a remote area. They are strong only in major ports/cities.

- Need to provide tailor made solutions, Also need to take part of a business at times to facilitate relations. Sometimes only clearance is required and forwarding is done by another partner. In such situations (where only clearance is needed), DSV is not suitable as they always look for complete size of business and at times fail to understand long term business needs.

The freight prices offered are generally high compared to the main competitors, however, it is also understood that the structure and the service provided by the DSV justifies the values.

They have a global network with Own operations in more than 80 countries. more than 50 companies have been united under their umbrella since 1976. With a dedicated team and professional conduct, they have integrated and streamlined India operations (Imports & Exports). However, they need to provide more customized solutions and not just focus on end to end deliveries.

This structure allows our suppliers to access our shipments in all the countries that we import, especially in Europe, since DSV has offices around the world, which makes the flow of information more efficient, regardless of the country in question. which our supplier is thus also making our import process faster.
