It reduces my manual work by applying automation in collection, invoicing and closing books. The real time dashboard provides me to complete look of our financial things.
The simplicity of installation, setup and operation. Fairly straightforward protocols and data entry and retrieval steps
It supports multiple currencies and multiple entities, which is my favorite thing and I can look into all my financial processes from one platform without jumping between different software.
After the updates the custom workflows need to be reconfigured. The templates for detailed financial reports are very limited.
Rigid implementation, limited functionality to deep dive into transaction flows, very limited flexiblility in customization/integration with other essential accounting and compliance reporting softwares.
It offers very limited offline access which is my least favorite thing and updates sometimes cause disruption because I have to re-check configurations.
