Intuit QuickBooks Likes & Dislikes
1) Simple and intuitive interface that is easy to navigate 2) Flexible and customisable reporting for different business needs 3) Ability to attach supporting documents directly when sending estimates or invoices, which improves record-keeping
Easy to maintain own bookkeeping Easy to see previous years figures User friendly report generation for P&L
I love that it is online and can be accessed from whatever location you choose making it ideal for remote work.
Customer support can be inconsistent at times, with longer than expected resolution timelines. While issues do eventually get resolved, delays of several days can be stressful, especially when dealing with time-sensitive accounting or compliance matters.
Difficult to navigate certain areas such as payroll on occasion
Again, my biggest complaint is the lack of ability to run one report pulling in data across the database.

Intuitive Design and Flexible Reporting Characterize SaaS Solution for Non-Accountants
Quickbook is a user-friendly SaaS solution that works well even for non-accounting users. The interface is intuitive, and most core functions can be learned quickbly without formal accounting training. - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER<50M USDTravel and HospitalityReview Source
Quickbooks for small nonprofit ... would recommend.
Generally speaking, this software is sufficient for most everything we need to accomplish as a nonprofit with a $XX budget. The downside is that reporting is not as customizable as we would like in that you cannot compare actuals to prior period and to budget all in one report. - FINANCE ASSOCIATE<50M USDHealthcare and BiotechReview Source
QuickBooks Desktop
Easy to learn accounting system. Simple user interface to navigate but the desktop version lacks integration features that the online version has. - OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE50M-1B USDHealthcare and BiotechReview Source
QuickBooks Offers Robust Accounting but Presents Challenges for New Users and Support
Our organization has found QuickBooks to be a comprehensive and professional accounting solution. It allows us to manage everything from payroll and invoicing to expense tracking and reporting in one place. While it has greatly streamlined our finances, because they have so many features there can be a learning curve when you first get started. - Compliance Manager50M-1B USDMiscellaneousReview Source
Solid product but they try to fix what ain't broke
I think their insistence on AI and automation doesn't work great for our industry, and their recent website design changes aren't what we want, but otherwise QBO is pretty good.
