I like that the product is customizable, you can make workflows and forms adaptable to my industry or the intended use . It's very user friendly and I enjoy that it's easy to navigate for me and my team, another thing is that it's cloud based so location is not a barrier

I would like it more if we could easily edit or remove users and manage user permissions , also would suggest that the reporting capabilities be improved upon to have more customized reports

Una interfaz poco moderna que complica el uso para nuevos usuarios. Complicada configuración inicial con mucha participación de soporte para realizarla. Poca personalización al negocio, muy genérica.
