It ensures all aspects of the QMS such as documents, risks, incidents, audits, assets and training are managed in a systematic secure way. it also ensures the ability to comply with ISO and MHRA requirements.

Very flexible and scalable system especially for the document management and for collaboration on quality workflows. They provide numerous configuration options to cover potential areas where we may want to expand the software. It helps better control versioning of controlled documents and approvals.

Intelex are known for building quality and audit tool which helps business users to manage and track the vendor performance. Their tool can be integrated with active directory of organisation and the vendor which help in solving the vendor quality issue where both the organization can work together on non conformity. It also has in built report and dashboard feature. Audit trail of any non conformity can be easily tracked. It helps business in solving quality issue which might leads to safety and performance issue. Audit team prepare the supplier score card with the use of this tool which helps procurement team.

Very intuitive interface. We are currently using 3 modules and looking to take advantage of the internally connected processes and options with other modules (including the external facing supplier modules)

It provides closed-loop process integration. Can organize and store all our training/work instructions in one place. Easy to use with automate document control under document management. Also to take care the documents for customer complaints and their responses, feedbacks. One thing I like is it is really good for training document process and management.
