The integration makes you forget it is there, which is ideal. When you click on a link or open an email, you see it scanning the content to make sure it is safe, which is reassuring to see. Opening an email to see a scan summary at the top is nice because you can read it or ignore it if you want; it does not add any time to opening your messages.
Real-time access control. Having the capability to instantly revoke access to a file or folder, provides and increased peace of mind in case of accidents.
The administrator interface is easy to use and manage users. Automation and rules reduce the extra effort required from users to add classifications manually. Easy to set up and deploy. Ongoing service reviews to discuss and identify opportunities for product improvements.
When sending something, you may end up having to log in or wait for it to scan your content first. It is a small wait, but it can be annoying if you forget it will be there.
The recipient portal feels cumbersome; clients without egress often complain about the sign-up/login wall just to view a single file. The mobile app experience is often hit-or-miss, with issues on larger files.
