I have been using erwin Data Intelligence for about 18 months. They have been very helpful with walking us through patch updates, answering questions, dealing with defects, etc. related to general usage of the tool. Overall, that portion has been a very positive experience. We have also been working with the vendor regarding add-on capabilities (i.e., Smart Connectors). I have found that experience a little lacking. The effort and intent is there, but not always the execution.
