We are a starting user and we have filed the Data intelligence suite with the conceptual model. It works fine. We also started using the DataModeler which gives a lot of possibilities.
Flexibility around tagging Help Desk Response Times AI - needs improvement (maturity)
The business support is lower than expected (proactive communication low, training material and demo datasets not delivered).
There is a need for further integation of the DIS and the Data Modeler. Getting Smart connectors working is a challenge.
