Expeditors is good in domestic logistics as well as International. They have greatly customized themselves considering the Indian market and are growing rapidly. Cons: Need to have a stronger footing in lesser developed geographies.

Need to have a stronger footing in lesser developed continents (Esp- Africa)

Sometimes it takes 3-4 emails to get a response and days / weeks to get a quote. Services like We'll call before delivery sound great -- but, they call the wrong place and don't really follow up so deliveries are delayed.

For day-one Expeditors has disappointed and failed repeatedly. The company contact takes their failures as and opportunity to up-sell. I don't know why they should be paid more for something they have repeatedly said they can't do. Sales person is lazy and complains when asked to do the job.

Multinational company specialised in logistics services. It offers good freight prices, employees eficients and updated information, however, the main point is when the freight is contracted by an exporter, and then, the support is proven by local supporters , mainly, in brazil where there are some specials specifications regarding to the documents(burocracy). So, the support tend to be less efficient and fast.
