With insight into how we utilize resources, we can more effectively manage the service area. KloudGin filled a major gap by pulling together all our enterprise systems through integration. This enabled the collection of digital information from multiple systems that is now used to drive decisions, efficiencies and service reliability. For the digital transformation project to succeed, the process had to be focused on the workforce, and they brought KloudGin in to provide a single experience to all their workers, regardless of the type of work they are executing. All crews are interacting with one system and all scheduling is done in one engine so they can gain efficiency. The simplicity of the KloudGin mobile app allows field service representatives to ramp up in little to no time. It’s easy but powerful, giving field reps the ability to capture resource time, track/report changes to inventory assets, show asset location, and view routes and updates to work orders.
