Performance of EZTBM Across Market Features

EZTBM Likes & Dislikes

First, I think service after the sale is so important, and we are most pleased with the ongoing support. Second, I appreciate the centralized view of all IT financial data in one place with clean dashboards that drill down into the data. Third, we bought the product because it provided a vehicle to seamlessly adopt the TBM framework in the most cost-effective way.

This is good for companies that need forecasting automation as it reduces the manual heavy excel work. It is user friendly and has some role based dashboards for finance and business users

First, I would like it to be integrated into ServiceNow. Second, while the contract repository does a great job, we'd love to see an enhancement to include full-on Contract Lifecycle Management that could house the actual documents and track approvals and signings. Our dislikes are mostly enhancement requests. I cannot think of a third dislike.
