EZTBM enables service/application owners to create their cost models and view TCO and unit cost. It provides showback and bill of IT to business units along with cloud financial management capabilities for AWS and Azure.

Ease of use, ability to batch upload documents, has a broad range of allocation methods and dashboards. The vendor will also listen to your enhancement requests and if suitable will deliver those within a reasonable timeline. They provide a great level of training to ensure you understand the product.
1) Product: Intuitive interface and navigation flow. 2) Product & Service: Prompt update of the product based on customer feedback. 3) Service: The implementation team's ability and willingness to help us build the service category based on our specific needs.
1) SSO Connection/Setup 2) Complexity of the user interface. It can take time for users to understand the different tool options. 3) Limited integration with older financial systems. Although the tool does have an Excel spreadsheet interface, it does not have the flexibility to connect directly to older financial systems.
We don't have self-service reporting as yet, however the team at EZTBM will build the appropriate reports you need.
