Simple and straight forward to use Great support service Product just works and works in the way it is marketed
Export features require manual clean-up in Visio for better presentation of content, the inability to add or discover SaaS applications as more clients transition to SaaS services, and the Sandbox environment is incomplete introducing challenges for demoing the application.
SSO from the IDP doesn't work. I cannot launch it from My Apps within the Microsoft environment.

Unanticipated Challenges with Faddom's Interoperability and Support
The product had problems integrating with our Meraki networking equipment which we told Faddom we used during the product selection process. Turns out, Faddom simply won't work with it. To frustrate matters more, Faddom's support doesn't seem to understand the intricacies of how their own product works and were not very easy to work with due to that.
