User friendly interface: the intuitive interface makes it easy for our compliance and first line of defense teams to navigate and use the tool effectively. 3. Comprehensive reporting: the detailed and comprehensive reporting features (escalation) provide valuable insights and help us stay on top of our compliance obligations.
Lack of integration, data visualisation, and false positives are high; microservices could be designed better, pricing model is little complicated
1. Integration issues: we have faced some challenges integrating the tool with our existim systems (i.e. banks accounts screening). 2. Customer support: while generally helpful, the response time from CS can be slow sometimes; 3. Lag issues: some days there is a big input lag in the tool.
