What I appreciate most about FIS, is its robust functionality for cash and liquidity management. The real-time visibility into cash positions and forecasting capabilities has really improved our cash management processes. One area that could be improved is the design of the user interface. While there's a lot of great functionality, the interface can sometimes feel cluttered and outdated. This could also make it tough for new users to figure out how to use the tool. Making this tool more user-friendly would definitely enhance the overall experience.

Is it worth to think about FIS as TMS?
Complete failure! Being more than ten years in Treasury with seven years in SAP Treasury consulting in a big four, I have never experienced something like this. The project started in Q2 2022, and still, not even simple SEPA payments are fully possible. The responsible teams at FIS are not communicating, nor are they able to finish simple tasks (e.g. initialize an EBICS user) in an acceptable time frame.
