The implementation of the GUAVA Treasury System in our organization went very smoothly with excellent communication and coordination overall. Meanwhile, while the product itself meets our organization's expectations, it does take time to familiarize ourselves and are still working out the differences from our previous system. There are also minor deliverables that are still pending but that is being coordinated closely between the vendor and our organization amicably.

There was efficient communication regarding changes to the payment frequency. However, there was a long turn-around time when we requested a quotation for the equities module.
